Ride For Orphans
What: A benefit ride to raise awareness for orphan care
Why: To help those helping orphans by raising $10,000 for 2 orphan charities.
How: By bike commuting to work for 6 months and by reaching a goal of 2,500 miles ridden between April 1st and September 30th, 2010
According to a recent Unicef report there are over 143 million ophans world wide. To put that into perspspctive, that's almost half of the reported US Population!
